2 The Ordinance shortener might with advantage be amended so as to give power for the making of rules or regulations for the use & maintenance of the tramways, as was done by § 13 of Ord no 19 of 1884, and in Section 6 (2) of the Ordinance the words "under the superintendence of to the satisfaction of" which are found in the corresponding Section of Ord 19 of 1884 should be inserted.
